This position performs carpentry and woodworking tasks in support of production line operations. Construct, assemble, and modify wooden components, fixtures, cradles, jigs, templates, and supports used in the manufacturing process. Read work orders, drawings, or specifications to measure, cut, fit, and install materials accurately. Use hand and power tools safely to meet production schedules and quality standards. Inspect completed work for accuracy and craftsmanship while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.

This role is responsible for performing fiberglass and gelcoat repairs on vessels in a marina and service environment. This role focuses on structural, cosmetic, and finish repairs to restore vessels to manufacturer and maritime quality standards. The position requires strong technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in support of customer satisfaction, marina operations, and sales support activities.
