This position supports multiple dealer brands, including Viking, Valhalla, Contender, Sportsman, Phenom, Monterey, Yamaha Outboards, and Mercury Marine. Strong experience within a boat dealership or marine service environment, particularly with Mercury and Yamaha parts systems, is critical for success.
Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting service technicians, assisting walk‑in and retail customers, processing warranty claims, and coordinating closely with off‑site Viking New Jersey (VNJ) and Valhalla Boatworks (VBW) Parts Warehouse Managers.
